• Courserefers to the entire programme of study provided by Pole Movement FZCO, which includes both online materials and the printed training manual. The Course encompasses all training content, including instructional videos, workbooks, assessments, the printed training manual, final exams, and any other educational resources designed to support students in their learning journey.
• Devicemeans any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone, or a digital tablet.
• Orderis a request by You to purchase the Course from the Company.
• Promotionsrefer to contests, sweepstakes or other promotions offered through the Service.
• Servicerefers to the online platform and all associated online tools, resources, and functionalities provided by Pole Movement FZCO for the purpose of delivering the Course. This includes access to the website, online materials, video library, assessments, forum, class planning tool, and other digital services available to enrolled students. The Service is the means through which the Course is provided and managed.
• Terms and Conditions(also referred to as “Terms”) mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
• Third-party Social Media Servicemeans any services or content (including data, information, products, or services) provided by a third party that may be displayed, included, or made available by the Service.

• You or Yourrefers to the individual accessing or using the Course, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Course, as applicable.

2. Acknowledgement

By enrolling in the Pole Movement online teacher training Course, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not access or use the Service. By placing an Order through the Service, You represent that You are at least 18 years old and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Course Enrolment and Eligibility

To enrol in the Pole Movement online teacher training Course, you must:

• Have a minimum of three months of pole dance experience.
• Be proficient in basic transitions, spins, tricks, and inversions.
• Be at least 18 years old.

You will receive immediate access to the Service upon enrolment. The Course must be completed within one year of enrolment. Extensions may be granted at Pole Movement’s discretion.

4. Your Information

If you wish to place an Order for the Course, You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to Your Order including, without limitation, Your name, Your email, Your phone number, Your credit card number, the expiration date of Your credit card, Your billing address, and Your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that:
(i) You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with Your Order; and
(ii) the information You supply to us is true, correct, and complete.

By submitting such information, You grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Your Order.

5. Use of the Service

The Course is provided to you for educational purposes only. You agree to use the Course in compliance with the following:

• Do not share Course content with individuals who are not enrolled in the Course.
• Respect the privacy and intellectual property rights of other students and instructors.
• Do not engage in any misconduct, trolling, or unlawful activity.

6. Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:

• Course availability
• Errors in the description or price for the Course
• Errors in Your Order details

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.

7. Intellectual Property

The Course is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Country and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company.

All materials provided through the Course, including but not limited to printed and digital training manuals, training videos, images, class planning tools, pole diaries, questions, and assessments, are the intellectual property of Pole Movement FZCO.

These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without express permission.

8. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party social media service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.

9. Course Content and Updates

The content of the Course may be updated from time to time. You will be notified of significant updates, and you agree to use the Service as it evolves. Minor variations in Course materials may occur, but they will not affect your ability to complete the course.

Due to these updates, the Course available on our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information regarding the Course on the Service and in our advertising on other websites.

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

10. Price Policy

The Company reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting an Order.

Prices may be revised after accepting your Order due to factors such as government action, changes in customs duties, increased shipping charges, higher foreign exchange costs, or any other matter beyond the Company’s control. In that event, You will have the right to cancel Your Order.

11. Fees and Payment

The Course fee is a one-time payment due upon enrolment. Payment is processed through various secure methods, including debit, credit cards, and PayPal.

Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorisation by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorisation,

By completing the payment, you agree to the following:

• The course fee is non-refundable.
• In case of payment failure or fraudulent transactions, Pole Movement reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service.

12. Cancellation and Refunds

Once enrolled, you cannot cancel your participation or request a refund under any circumstances. The course is non-refundable due to the nature of the online materials and services provided.

13. Promotions

Promotions available through the Service may have separate rules from these Terms.

If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.

14. Student-Uploaded Materials and Plagiarism

Our Service allows you to post content. You are responsible for the content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By submitting any materials, including but not limited to written assignments, workbook uploads, or final exam videos, you confirm that you have full ownership of the content and possess all necessary rights, licences, and permissions to use and submit the materials. This includes the following:

• You must not plagiarise or copy content from any other source without proper citation.
• All written work, including your final exam and workbook submissions, must be your own original work. You are prohibited from submitting materials created by others as your own.
• For video submissions related to the final exam, you must ensure that you have all the rights to the content, including permission to use any third-party music, footage, or other materials, and that no copyrighted material is infringed upon.

By uploading any content to the Service, you grant Pole Movement a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute your materials solely for the purposes of assessment, review, and educational purposes related to the course.

If any submitted material is found to violate these terms or infringe on the rights of others, your account may be suspended, and you may be disqualified from receiving course certification.

15. Content Backups

Although we perform regular backups of content, the Company does not guarantee that there will be no loss or corruption of data. Content may become corrupted prior to being backed up or may change during the backup process.

The Company will make reasonable efforts to support and troubleshoot any known or discovered issues affecting content backups. However, you acknowledge that the Company has no liability for content integrity or failure to restore content.

You are responsible for maintaining a complete and accurate copy of any content in a location independent of the Service. The Company shall not be liable for any loss of data, content, or other information that may result from the use of the Service.

16. Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us directly. However, please note that, as outlined in the refund and cancellation policy, once enrolled in the Course, you cannot cancel or receive a refund.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pole Movement FZCO, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, suppliers, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to any breach of the terms or the use of the Course, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Course.

Certification by Pole Movement FZCO does not constitute a guarantee of safety, performance, or professional conduct of any certified instructor. You acknowledge and agree that Pole Movement FZCO shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from the acts, omissions, or negligence of any individual who has completed our training or who represents themselves as a certified instructor. All instructors remain solely responsible for the safety and conduct of their students, clients, and classes.

18. Disclaimers

The Service and all content provided through it are offered on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the content, accuracy, or completeness of the materials, except as required by law.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected. We are not responsible for any technical problems or issues that may arise in connection with the use of the Service.

19. Intellectual Property Infringement

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond to any claim that content posted on the Service infringes a copyright or other intellectual property infringement of any person.
