- SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD
The Pole Movement Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 AM United Arab Emirates Standard Time (UAEST) on December 18, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 PM UAEST on December 23, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
- ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to individuals worldwide who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Pole Movement (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings) and household members are not eligible to enter. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- HOW TO ENTER
To enter, participants must have a valid Instagram account and Internet access. Becoming a registered Instagram user is free and subject to Instagram’s terms and conditions at www.instagram.com.
During the Sweepstakes Period, the Sponsor’s official Instagram accounts, @pole_movement and @thepole.physio, will post an official Sweepstakes announcement (the “Sweepstakes Post”). To enter, an eligible participant must:

Log in to their Instagram account.
Comment WIN on the Sweepstakes Post and tag one or more Instagram users.

Each tag counts as one entry. Multiple tags increase the chances of winning. Entries must be received no later than 11:59 PM UAEST on December 23rd, 2025.

Participants who attempt to enter using multiple Instagram accounts will be disqualified, and all associated entries will be void.

Prize Conditions:
No modifications, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

- WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
The Grand Prize winner will be selected via a random drawing on or about December 23rd, 2025, from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The potential winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message and must:
Respond within seven (7) days of notification.
Complete and return a Winner’s Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Waiver, and Publicity Release (where allowable by law).
Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Only two (2) alternate winners will be selected before the prize is forfeited.
